Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.
We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your Aurora Superstar Lights, Artificial Christmas Wreaths, and all your LED Christmas Lights. If anything isn’t perfect, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy is here to help.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- C7 C9 Christmas Light Bulbs (individual bulbs)
- C9 Bulbs (individual bulbs)
- Any lights from cut Christmas Light Strings Spools (C7 or C9)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include your proof of purchase and the RMA number, and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be automatically applied to the original method of payment used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you via your chosen shipping method once the return is processed.
