Important Note on Product Returns: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following opened or used products:
- C7 C9 Christmas Light Bulbs (individual bulbs)
- C9 Bulbs (individual bulbs)
- Any lights from cut Christmas Light Strings Spools (C7 or C9)
These items are only eligible for return if they are defective and are returned in their original, unopened packaging.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email with shipping details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Pricing and Payment

- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.
